Thank you to all that wished me good thoughts/prayers last week. As you can see from the photos below I am already back behind the lens at the Sierra Madre Rose Float Assoc. I honestly don't know how and must look like a heck of a site with this hard collar on but it is what makes my heart leap.

The surgery was a positive experience in so many ways. From hearing my room number when a code blue was called and not knowing if it was my time, I gained a new found peace. Do what you love, whatever you are doing in this moment and do your best. Be with those you love. Just my 2Cents for the New Year!
